Ingredients
1 boiled potato
1 tomato
100 g cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
1-2 green onions for garnish

Method
Teflon pan coated with olive oil. Bottom lining thin slices of tomato. Lightly salted. Top rank thin rings potato on it and thinly sliced cheese. Capped with a lid and stew on low heat 2-3 minutes. Then remove the lid and cook another 1-2 minutes. Serve hot, sprinkled with chopped green onions.
