Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 cup water
2-3 tbsp sugar
1 egg white
salt on top of the spoon

Method
In a bowl mix egg whites and sugar on snow. Add the remaining product and stirred to obtain a homogeneous mixture. The pancakes are fried in a Teflon pan previously oiled.
