Ingredients
125 g of dry mashed potatoes
400 ml milk
200 g bacon
1 onion
1 tomato or 150 g of canned tomatoes
3 peppers (peppers)
4 eggs
70 g cheese
3 tbsp sunflower oil
1-2 cloves garlic
1 tsp red pepper
salt, pepper, savory (white oregano)
1/3 bunch parsley

Method
Cut the bacon into pieces and onion in thin slices. Heat the sunflower oil in a Teflon pan. Add sliced ​​onions and bacon. Saute for 5 minutes. Add the peeled and chopped tomato, peeled and crushed garlic cloves. Put a lid and simmer for another 5-10 minutes. Beat the eggs well. In cold milk pour the mashed potatoes and mix well. Add the beaten eggs. Season with salt, pepper and oregano to taste white. Put the chopped peppers (bell peppers) with onion mixture, stir and add the potato mixture. Reduce the heat to the lowest level. Stir gently. Sprinkle with grated cheese and paprika. Simmer with a lid for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the mixture is lightly browned underneath. Season with chopped parsley. * The time for preparing the dish is 20-25 minutes. * Serve with feta cheese or other furniture.
