Rabbit with fresh cabbage

Ingredients
1 rabbit (1.5 - 2 kg) together with the entrails
3 kg fresh cabbage
1 and 1/4 cup (250 ml) vegetable oil
1-2 heads (150 g) onion
2 tsp (10 g) red pepper
3-4 cloves garlic
pepper
salt
Method
In preheated oil are placed consecutively and fry chopped chopped onions and cabbage, chopped (such as straw). Then add the red pepper and salt to taste. Part of the fried cabbage mixed with cooked and cut into small pieces guts, black pepper and chopped cloves of garlic. To this mixture was filled rabbit pre-salted inside and outside. The opening is sutured, and the rabbit was placed in a baking dish, cover with remaining cabbage and bake in medium high heat.
