Rectangular meatballs

Ingredients
1 kg minced meat mixture
80 g of white bread
100 g onion
4 eggs
3 tbsp mustard
salt
pinch of black pepper
Method
The meat is kneaded with the soaked and drained of water bread, chopped chopped onion, eggs, mustard, salt and pepper. Place in a greased pan and smoothed well. Bake in preheated oven (220 C) for 10 minutes at 600 Deut. Subtract, covered with paper and allowed to stand for 5 minutes. Cut into rectangular pieces and served on a tray. * To prepare this recipe requires a combined microwave.
