Red beet salad and apples

Ingredients
beetroot
carrots
apples
eggs
# For the dressing:
the juice of 1 lemon
4 tbsp olive oil
salt

Method
Beets are boiled in salted water. Cooled and cut into thin sticks. Boil the eggs hard. Peel and put in the water in which boiled beets. Marinate at least 5 hours. The more you keep them in the broth of the beet, the deep red will be the color. Other vegetables also cut into julienne. Dip briefly in beet juice to stain light pink. Combine with beet. Stir well dressing products. Serve salad with dressing flooded and garnished with egg. * The proportions of the products are not specified. Quantity is entirely at your discretion

Do not wait colored eggs and other vegetables, so I did not have time, but it became very useful and delicious salad.
