Beets are boiled in salted water. Cooled and cut into thin sticks. Boil the eggs hard. Peel and put in the water in which boiled beets. Marinate at least 5 hours. The more you keep them in the broth of the beet, the deep red will be the color. Other vegetables also cut into julienne. Dip briefly in beet juice to stain light pink. Combine with beet.
