Rhodope baklava

Ingredients
# For the dough:
800 g flour
400 ml sunflower oil
1/2 tsp soda
# sugar syrup:
400 g sugar
Method
In a bowl mix the sifted flour and baking soda, add is the oil and mix until a soft dough. Of the dough balls are formed, which are arranged in the tray. With a fork on each ball to make decorative patterns. Sugar syrup is prepared as sugar is poured into 400 ml water and boil until it thickens. Baklava bake about 30 minutes at 180 C. While still hot pour the sugar syrup.

I mean a pint. Excuse me ...

A pint of oil? Me a lot to see, but ... When do baklava put two packets of butter 125 g.
