Ingredients
200 g rice
1 onion
5-6 peppercorns
salt
3 tbsp vegetable oil
Method
Wash the rice. Pour into the baking dish. Add chopped onion into quarters, add the spices and pour 600 ml water. Bake about 20 minutes until absorb the water. After removing removing the onion and pepper. With dipper water wet form balls.
