Rice cake
Ingredients
1/2 cup (100 g) rice
1 cup (200 ml) milk
3 eggs
vanilla powder 1
sugar
200 g jam cherries

Method
Rice is boiled mash with milk and 3 cups water, cooled and mixed with beaten egg yolks, vanilla and sugar to taste. Add egg whites, beaten to snow. The mixture was gently mixed and poured in a form coated with butter. Bake in oven not very strong. Once removed from the form, garnished with sweet.
