Rice cups

Ingredients
1 cup rice
1 onion
1 cube vegetable broth
3 cups water
150 g cheese
120 g margarine
salt
pepper
vegetables - for decoration (optional)
tomato sauce for pouring (optional)

Method
Chop the onion finely and fry with rice and 4 tbsp margarine. Add water in which are dissolved 1 cube vegetable broth, salt and pepper. Boil the rice and add to it grated cheese. The mixture is agitated and filled well spread with margarine cups. Press lightly on top and turn, as their content is poured into bowls decorated with fresh vegetables. Optional rice cups are covered with tomato sauce.
