Rice leek and yogurt

Ingredients
3-4 leeks
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
3-4 tbsp flour
1 and 1/2 cup yogurt
2 eggs
250 g feta cheese
black Pierre
salt
Method
Leeks are not cut very finely. Stew with fat and salt and soften, add flour, lightly fry. Pour a little water and boil for a while a few minutes over low heat. Add yogurt. After 1-2 minutes the mixture Tap the eggs, stir to become rags. Finally put the crumbled feta cheese, once away from fire. Serve sprinkled with pepper.
