Rice mushrooms

Ingredients
250 g mushrooms
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
3 tbsp flour
salt
pepper

Method
Mushrooms are cleaned, washed well and cut into slices. Boiled in 3 cups salted water until tender and remove with latticed spoon. Flour fry in the oil and diluted with water in which mumbo mushrooms. Once the sauce boil, add the mushrooms and salt to taste. Boil for another ten minutes and allowed to cool. The mess is served sprinkled with pepper.

Not bad and add savory.

When the mash is ready, add a knob of butter, walnut ... as for luxury. Masaltseto suits of Mushroom Men.

I use this mess as a sauce for spegeti and becomes something great, adding and cheese, of course.

Wonderful slurries became :) Instead of oil used oil, mushrooms and choked them first.
