Rice porridge (Reisbrei)

Ingredients
1 liter of fresh milk
300 g rice
2-3 tbsp sugar
pinch of salt
1 egg
cinnamon
applesauce
compote of your choice
Method
Rice is boiled in milk together with spices. Rice must be softened and mixture - dense. Add egg and mix well. Serve immediately, sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar and served with applesauce and fruit compote.
