Rice skinless sausages

Ingredients
300 g rice
400 g canned peas
200 g canned carrots
350-400 g skinless sausages
2 tbsp sunflower oil
salt
Method
The rice is washed with cold water until water remains clear. The skinless sausages are cut into small cubes, add peas, carrots, rice and water in a ratio of rice: water = 1: 3, the oil and salt to taste, you can add a little ground black pepper. Bake in a moderate oven (200 C) for 40 minutes (until the rice absorbs all the water). By stirring occasionally, should not remain above the skinless sausages and get burned.
