Ingredients
1 kg of flour
2 tbsp salt
10 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp sunflower oil
25 g live yeast
lukewarm water

Method
Blended into a soft dough products. Leave to rise covered in a warm place 1 hour, then again knead lightly nice (blisters). Divide into small balls and shape optional. * I photographed the way I do it. From this mixture I received two buns - one standard tray and the other in glass dish.
