Roasted cod

Ingredients
500 g cod
6-8 sardines
1 sprig parsley
1/4 cup (50 ml) olive oil
breadcrumbs
pepper
1/2 lemon
Method
The cleaned fish cut into portions, which are placed in greased with sunflower oil proof dish, sprinkled with a mixture of Crumpled sardines, finely chopped parsley 3 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil and black pepper. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, 2 tbsp (20 ml) of olive oil and bake until soft. Serve with lemon slices.
