Ingredients
2-3 eggplants
100 g sunflower oil or olive oil
parsley, dill
balsamic vinegar

Method
Eggplant cut into slices with a thickness of 7-8 mm. Without salting Oval in fat and place in preheated grill pan. Bake on both sides. Garnish with parsley, dill and other spices optional. Can be field with balsamic vinegar. * In the same way can be roasted zucchini and peppers, as is clear from the seeds.
