Roasted hot fish

Ingredients
roasted hot peppers
carrots
dill
garlic
# 1 jar of 350 ml:
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp honey
vinegar 6%

Method
In a bowl, prepare mixture of grated carrot, chopped dill and garlic. At the bottom of a small jar of 350 ml was put honey, sugar and salt, arranged as alternate row peppers row of the mixture with grated carrot. Fill the jar with dilute vinegar, sealed and for 10 days morning and evening turn. Not sterilized and last until next year.

my mother in law makes it so that only puts carrots cut into rings and are pleasantly piquant

Last year I made on this recipe. My husband them the most liked of the three that I did.

Can someone illuminate me - what *roasted hot peppers'?

These are chillies, which are baked in highly preheated plate, but a very short time - just so that the outer skin to become blackheads and to *burst*. As put on the plate, peppers begin to issue distinctive popping sound, so they said *roasted*. The fleshy part of them not yield roasted flavor because peppers quickly removed from the plate. Can burst a stove in an old iron frying pan, sheet metal fire - it is important to strongly hot :)
