Roasted hot peppers

Ingredients
chillies (fish, rosehip)
salt
sugar
vinegar
Method
Peppers are opukvat (roasted) gently on the stove. More Hot rank closely in jam jars, as in any put 1 tsp salt and 2 tsp sugar. Make up with vinegar to cover and close.
