Method
2 trays from the oven with aluminum foil. Cut the tomatoes into quarters and lining together in the trays. Sprinkle with olive oil and add salt. Print 220 degrees fan for about an hour and a half to slightly brown. Arrange tightly in a jar of 900 ml - lining up to order tomatoes, basil leaves, chopped garlic. Finally, pour the olive oil.
