Ingredients
4-6 chapters sweet onions
olive oil
balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper
1 tbsp fresh parsley, oregano

Method
Luke Peel and cut into slices with a thickness of 3.5 cm (2 or 3, depending on the size of the head). Bottom of a fireproof container is coated with 1-2 tbsp olive oil. Onion pieces are arranged next to each other and pour evenly with about 1/4 cup olive oil. Then pour the onions evenly with 1-2 tbsp balsamic vinegar. Add salt and pepper. Dish bake about 30-45 minutes in a preheated 200 ° C oven until onions soften and acquire a pleasant brown color. Before serving sprinkle with fresh parsley or oregano.
