Ingredients
3-4 heads (200 g) onion
1-2 (60 g) peppers
1/2 tsp (3 g) salt
2 tbsp (20 ml) vegetable oil
1 tsp (5 ml) vinegar
Method
Onions baked in coals until completely soft, peeled and cut into small pieces. The peppers are soaked in warm water to soften, then lightly roast and peel. The fleshy part of them was cut into small and mixed with onions. Add salt, vegetable oil and vinegar diluted with a little water. The mixture was stirred and poured into an appropriate dish.
