Roasted rabbit

Ingredients
800 g of meat rabbit
2 tbsp (20 ml) sunflower oil
80 g salo
8 small onions
1 cup (200 ml) white wine
2 tbsp tomato paste
100 g mushrooms
1 clove garlic
parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Garlic 2 small onions and parsley finely. The oil becomes heated, add chopped into small pieces salo, cut portions rabbit heads purposes onion, garlic mixture, wine, 1/2 cup (100 ml) hot water, salt, spices and stew on low heat. At the end of stew add the tomato paste and the chopped mushrooms. Rabbit meat portions are arranged on a plate and pour the sauce.
