Roasted Rhodope dish

Ingredients
2 -3 onions
1 kg potatoes
1 jar (800 g) cured pork
pepper, mint, savory and salt
sunflower oil

Method
Chop and fry in Heat the sunflower oil. Then add the chopped potatoes and spices to taste. Put a little water. Dish boil a few minutes. Add the beef. After boil off the water, eating pour into pan. Bake in a moderately heated oven to full readiness.
