Roasted zucchini or eggplant

Ingredients
2 zucchini or eggplant
1 carrot
1-2 cloves garlic
mayonnaise
1 onion
dill
cheese (feta cheese or processed cheese)
sunflower oil

Method
Courgettes are cut circles with 1.5 cm thickness, arranged in a greased baking pan and lightly salting. Grate carrots, mix with mayonnaise and garlic blend. This mixture is spread over the courgettes. Top rank crescents of onion. All sprinkle with plenty of chopped dill and planing cheese (or other cheese). Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. Likewise, prepare and produce, but once cut into circles is salting, stay 20-30 minutes and wash.
