Roll Wreath

Ingredients
500 g minced meat
300 g mushrooms
3 boiled eggs
1/3 cup milk
egg 1
pepper
1 onion
mayonnaise
olives
parsley
mashed potatoes
Method
Minced meat is kneaded with onions, mushrooms, cut into julienne and raw egg. Spread on the chopping, top sprayed diced cooked egg rolls up into a roll and placed in a cake pan with a hole in the middle. Bake in an oven. Once removed, the roll turns into a large round plate. Top is extruded florets of mayonnaise, ranking olives and parsley for decoration. Remove sprayed mashed potatoes. In the middle of the crown can be filled with pickles, diced.
