Rotterdam sandwiches

Ingredients
2 slices of white bread
butter
mustard
2 thin slices of salo
2 slices of feta cheese "Gouda"
1 tomato
paprika
parsley
dill or fresh onion
Method
Roast slices white bread smeared with a thin layer of butter and mustard. Put them on one slice of salo, feta cheese and tomato. Red pepper sprinkled on tomatoes. Slices bake in a warm oven until the feta cheese is melted. On slices tomato sprinkle finely chopped herbs.
