Rural omelet

Ingredients
500 g potatoes
100 g yellow cheese or feta cheese of your choice
100 g bacon
1 onion
3-4 sprigs of parsley
nutmeg
pepper
salt
3 eggs
Method
Peel the potatoes are grated, add diced and roasted with onion and bacon stew under a blanket. Once the potatoes are soft, add the eggs beaten with salt, grated feta cheese, spices and fry.
