Rural slaughtered pig liver * *

Ingredients
pork liver 1
2 leeks onion
7-8 onions
100 ml sunflower oil
red pepper
pepper
pork caul
salt
250 g of white wine
Method
Liver, soak in cold and then with hot water and cut into pieces. Place in a large pan with chopped onions and leeks, spices and the oil. Mix well, add as much wine as it is water and turns with pork caul. Bake in the oven. This cook of the day, which kill the pig and always lick your fingers (my husband without this cancer does not sit at the table).
