Russian steaks

Ingredients
1 kg pork chops
2 onions
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp tomato paste
100 g sunflower oil
2 tbsp sour cream
flour
Method
Chops are well crushed, Add salt is rolled in flour and fry in oil on both sides to gain a golden crust. Arranged in a container with a lid. In the same oil fry coarsely chopped onion and garlic, add red pepper, tomato paste and cream. Pour over steaks and close the lid. Bake in a hot oven for 30 minutes. Served with fries and vegetable salad in season.
