Russian tea - punch
Ingredients
2 tbsp (20 g) of tea
500 ml water
3/4 cup (150 ml) rum
1 and 1/4 cup (250 ml) red wine
1/2 lemon
rind of 1 orange
8-10 sugar cubes

Method
Tea, pour boiling water and let stand 5 minutes, then extract strain. To this was added the juice and lemon peel. Sugar cubes are rubbed in orange peel and placed in the vessel with wine, which is heated to boiling. Then add the brewed tea and rum. Serve very hot.
