Ruthin ears

Ingredients
500 g flour
egg 1
1 tsp salt
200-300 g feta cheese
2 tbsp fresh garlic
400 g yogurt
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp sunflower oil
salt
Method
Involved medium soft dough from flour, egg, salt and lukewarm water. Rolled to a sheet with a thickness of 1-1.5 cm. Cut into squares with a side of 10 cm. In the middle of each square put a little crumbled feta cheese. Folded on a triangle, the ends are pressed in order to adhere. Triangles are placed in a pot of boiling, lightly salted water. Boil until come to the surface. Drain and place in a baking dish or more deep and large bowl. Sprinkle with chopped green garlic. Pour beaten with a little salt yogurt. Top watered with braised red pepper in the oil. Serve slightly chilled. Instead of fresh garlic can be pressed 3-4 cloves of garlic.
