Rybnik rice

Ingredients
1 kg of fish
1-2 sprigs (200 g) leek
1 cup (200 g) rice
3/4 cup (150 ml) vegetable oil
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
salt
pepper
Method
In fat zadushva until soft chopped leeks. Add salt, stir red pepper, pour hot water and leave to boil. Add rice and boiled for 2-3 minutes, then the mixture is poured into a tray. Top ranks pre-washed, cut into pieces and salted fish. The dish is sprinkled with crushed black pepper and bake in the oven until ready.
