Ingredients
1 kg of fish
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
10 cloves of garlic
750 g bread dough
1 tsp (5 ml) vinegar
2-3 chili peppers
1/2 bunch parsley
salt
pepper
Method
Fish after cleaning and wash, cut into medium-thick slices, add salt and let stand for two hours. The dough is rolled into a thick sheet, larger than the tray, which will be baked stocking in order to be covered with the ends filling. The dough sheet after putting it in the pan, sprinkle with salt, pepper, vinegar, oil and finely chopped garlic and parsley. Add pepper peppers and fish and again sprinkle black pepper, vinegar, oil and finely chopped parsley and garlic. Then cover with stuffing hanging out of the tray edges of the dough sheet. This reconstituted Rybnik bake in a moderate oven.
