Salad Albena

Ingredients
50 g carrot
tomato 1
2 peppers
100 g feta cheese
50 g ground walnuts
100 ml sour cream
# For garnish:
100 g feta cheese
pinch of red chili pepper
2 -3 tbsp kyopolou
50 g cucumber
2 tbsp canned corn
# For topping:
50 g yogurt
ground walnuts
chopped dill
crushed garlic
salt
Method
Carrot Grate the onion and tomato cut into slices. Peel the peppers and fill with the feta cheese, mixed with walnuts and cream. Cucumber peel and cut into circles. The feta cheese for garnishing is rubbed with cayenne pepper. All vegetables are arranged in a salad and garnished with pungent feta cheese, the kyopolou and maize. Products topping crash and served in sauce-boat or salad bay just before serving.
