Salad of beans with olive oil
Ingredients
750 g beans
2 bunches red radishes
2 bunches of spring onions
1 lettuce
10 olives
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
mint
salt
citric acid

Method
Broad beans cut into halves and boiled in salted water, then drain, pour with olive oil and dissolved in a little water citric acid and mixed with chopped lettuce, onion and mint. Add clean and washed radishes. Salad mix, pour into a large bowl and garnish with olives.
