Salad of beans in Shumen

Ingredients
2 cups (300 g) beans
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
5 tbsp (50 ml) vegetable oil
1/2 bunch parsley
salt
lemon juice or vinegar

Method
The beans are cleaned and washed, then boiled until soft. Drain and cool. Pour into a deep dish and mixed with chopped onion and parsley. Add salt and pour vegetable oil and lemon juice. Stir and serve.
