Salad Bolero

Ingredients
1 Iceberg lettuce
4-5 cherry tomatoes or tomatoes 1-2
250 g short macaroni or fusilli
150 g olives
100 g sheep cheese
# For the dressing:
15 ml soy sauce
2 tsp honey
1 tsp lemon or white pepper
25 ml white balsamic vinegar
pinch of basil
2 tbsp olive oil

Method
Salad is washed and chopped into chunks in a deep bowl. Add cherry tomatoes cut in half and other products. Boil pasta in salted water, drain and pour on the remaining products in the bowl. Pour salad dressing, pre-warmed on the stove to evaporate vinegar. Decorate optional.

I think you do not need dressing to put on the stove to evaporate vinegar. Balsamic vinegar is a very mild and pleasant aroma and is just a *crime* to boil. This salad is very original dressing .... necessarily will do, but will try with dark balsamic .... he is richer herbal aroma and very well will be combined with soy sauce. Bravo for the recipe !!!
