Salad dock Daisy

Ingredients
1 kg dock
3 scallions
3 sprigs fresh garlic
1 bunch radishes
100 g feta cheese
3 eggs
1 bunch dill
sunflower oil
balsamic vinegar or lemon juice
salt
Method
Selects small and tender leaves of rhubarb, washed and cut. Add chopped onions, garlic and dill. Eggs are cooked. One egg and 2 radishes separate ornaments and other finely crumbled and with feta cheese are added to the docks. All products are well mixed and seasoned with salt, sunflower oil, vinegar or lemon juice to taste. Serve in salad. Decorate top with egg dissolved as a daisy, and around with radish slices.
