Salad green peppers

Ingredients
4 green peppers
tomatoes 2
1 onion
sunflower oil
vinegar
pepper
salt
Method
Washed peppers are placed in boiling salted water and cook for 5 minutes. Cut into halves, peel and remove the seed. Cut scalded and peeled tomatoes and onion into very thin pieces, arranged together with the peppers in salad and pour a premix of sunflower oil, vinegar, pepper and salt. Serve immediately.
