Ingredients
1 cucumber
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
2-3 green onions, 1 sprig fresh garlic
300 g or soy bean sprouts
4 tbsp sesame
# For the dressing:
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp soy sauce
Method
All vegetables finely. Put in a salad, add the sprouts and pour dressing shattered. On top sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cool for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
