Ingredients
10 (1 kg) peppers
5 (250g) red tomatoes
4-5 cloves garlic
2 tbsp (20 ml) vegetable oil
salt
vinegar
Method
Peppers are roasted and peeled, then cut into small pieces, crush together with the cleaned garlic and add to the sliced tomatoes. Add salt mixture, stir gently, pour into bowl and pour the vegetable oil and vinegar to taste.
