Ingredients
10 (1 kg) peppers
5 (250g) red tomatoes
4-5 cloves garlic
2 tbsp (20 ml) vegetable oil
salt
vinegar
Method
Peppers are roasted and peeled, then cut into small pieces, crush together with the cleaned garlic and add to the sliced ​​tomatoes. Add salt mixture, stir gently, pour into bowl and pour the vegetable oil and vinegar to taste.
