Ingredients
2-3 leeks onion
2 tbsp tomato paste
10-15 olives
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 eggs
salt
citric acid
Method
Leek cut into small pieces stir and add to it with tomato paste, vegetable oil, citric acid and salt to taste. Salad poured into a suitable bowl and garnish with slices of hard-boiled eggs.
