Salad lung

Ingredients
600 g lung
5 tbsp vegetable oil
4 tbsp vinegar
4-5 cloves garlic
1 onion
1/2 bunch parsley
salt
pepper
Method
The liver is washed and boiled, cleaned of blood vessels and cut into cubes, then pour the mixture of vegetable oil, vinegar, crushed garlic salt, salt and pepper and chopped onion. In presenting salad sprinkle with chopped parsley.
