Ingredients
1 lettuce
5-6 radishes
2-3 scallions
500 g drained yogurt
100 g feta cheese
1/2 tsp ground cumin
fresh dill
lemon juice
olive oil or sunflower oil
Method
Drained yogurt mixed with crumbled feta cheese and cumin. From the mixture were taken and form pellets with a size of a walnut, which are pressed into a finely chopped dill. Lettuce is broken into pieces or cut - optional, radishes cut into larger pieces and together with the finely chopped onions are placed in a large bowl. Flavored with lemon juice, olive oil or sunflower oil and salt. Placers in individual bowls and place top 3-4 balls of feta cheese and milk. salad becomes very delicious and impressive, and because intertwined colors of the Bulgarian flag - white, green and red, it bears this name.
