Ingredients
5 kg cucumbers
1.5 kg peppers
800 g onion
800 ml vinegar
400 g sugar
150 g salt
20 g pepper
20 g allspice
10 g bay leaf
Method
Cucumbers are Wash thoroughly with a brush and cut into circles with thickness 6-8 mm. Kapil washed, cleaned of seeds and stalks, blanched 2-3 minutes in boiling water and immediately cooled in cold water. Then cut into strips with a width of 5-8 mm. Chop into slices with thickness of 2-3 mm. In a large saucepan put the sliced ​​cucumbers, sweet pepper and onion and mix well. In a suitable container pour 1.1 liters of water, dissolve the salt and sugar and boil the solution. In the jars are placed in 80 ml vinegar, 4-5 peppercorns and allspice, 1 bay leaf. Jars filled with vegetable mixture, which is stuffed well, supplemented with hot marinade and close. Sterilized for 15 minutes. The products are 10 jar of 1 l.
