Ingredients
250 g of cooked meat
2 potatoes
1 head red beet
1 egg
apple 1
2 tbsp (20 ml) olive oil
1 tbsp (10 ml) vinegar
onions from pickles
parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Cooked and cooled down potatoes are cut into pieces, mixed with boiled and sliced red beets, and add chopped meat and apple. Olive oil mixed with vinegar, add salt, pepper and poured onto the prepared products. Salad garnish with chopped parsley, egg and pieces of onion pickles.
