Salad with mushrooms - II type

Ingredients
500 g mushrooms
5-6 peppercorns
1 bay leaf
# For the marinade:
1/4 cup (50 ml) vinegar
1/4 cup (50 ml) vegetable oil
5-6 garlic cloves
1/2 bunch parsley
salt
Method
Mushrooms are well washed and put to boil in salted water for 10-15 minutes together with black pepper and bay leaf. Drained, cut and put in a marinade made with vinegar, vegetable oil, crushed garlic, chopped parsley and salt to taste. After 10-15 minutes are ready for consumption.
