Salad PANTSANELA

Ingredients
500 g of dry bread
500 g canned tomatoes (chopped)
4 tbsp wine vinegar
200 ml olive oil
1 red onion, finely chopped
4-5 basil leaves boar
coarsely ground black pepper salt

Method
The bread is cut into cubes with size 1.5 cm, placed in a bowl and sprinkle with a little water and vinegar. Add all the products except basil, stir well and let stand about 30 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with basil leaves fragmented.
