Salad with roasted onions

Ingredients
6-7 onions
1 head of garlic
150 g olives
4-5 pickles
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp vinegar
parsley
salt
Method
Onions and garlic Wash nice . Unpeeled put in a hot oven and bake about 30 minutes. The olives are cleaned from the stones and cut into pieces. Make a marinade of olive oil, salt, chopped parsley and vinegar. Once the onions are browned, peel and cut into slices and garlic finely ground. On them are placed sliced ​​pickles. All pour the cooked marinade, stir and sprinkle with parsley and olives. Before serving, allow to cool for 10-15 minutes.

I was surprised. Roasted onion has a very pleasant taste and aroma. Nothing to do with crude. I added chopped nuts. It is very tasty and the background of standard salads is just original.
